Lakshmi Rao

I am in the field of Education For more than 3 decades. My core competencies are teacher training and curriculum development apart from planning to designing the programmes and administering them. 

My vision as an Educator is to transform teaching Pedagogy and thus revolutionise the Education model by creating love to learn among the learners. I have a Post Graduate degree in English, Education, and teacher training from Cambridge University. I also have an honorary doctorate in “Whole Brain Child in ECCE” for my indigenous whole-brain model. I have designed a Curriculum namely PEARL (Play Engage Activate reflect and Learn)for Pre-Schools which is being used in all Jain Toddlers across the country. I am an author, poet & singer apart from being a teacher, content developer, and administrator. I have so far trained more than 5000 teachers.
